Knigths of The Zodiac Toys

I saw this on a hispanic forum, they said they're going to release new Knigths of the Zodiac figures, I don't know the release date. , I have never buy a single Saint Seiya figure, they usualy to expensive. Maybe I buy the pope, the figures look good.:D

Well from those the only worth my money is Aioros' figure, the others are the 5".
Though I do like Aioria's it looks good. But the ones that are really good are the 8" I just bought Ikki's, and they are better and bigger than those released way back, I'm gonna buy the other two that are already out(Seiya's and Shiryu's) either this week or the next(if I get some money).

Yeah I know he does, but you see I never liked that pope, I like Saga(see my avetar) and Shion though. And besides the figures that I really like are those that you can take their cloth off and make the shape of their constellation with it. Like this ones,,

I assume these are the Golden Saints Imagawa cites as the inspiration for G Gundam's Hyper Modes? Not too bad looking, in terms of both original design and toy form.

Shiryu is also the one that I like most, but I didn't find it so I bought Ikki's, and so that you know you can just take the wings off and they look just like in the anime.

All in all I am pretty happy with the toys Bandai is releasing now. I have most of the old ones that came out in the 1980's and the new figures, in all the different styles and sizes, are a nice change. Plus, they keep re-releasing the old style metal armored figures as well as the Hades figures in that old style with two different style heads. That's a win/win situation if you ask me.:D Even if the KOZ toon is pretty crappy.;)

I picked up the first wave... though I was very disapointed in them. They all look good from a distance, but they feel like cheap knock-offs. Though for me this matters little, seeing as it's offical Saint Seiya merchendice released in the US. This makes them cool beyond words ( for a long time fan like me who thought the day would never come ).

The only problem I see is that the line isn't selling. Toys that stores got in 3 months ago are still sitting, collecting dust. Those new figures look great, but I'm worried that we will never see them ( or atleast at resonable prices ).

KOTZ is a bomb. It so sad to see such a great series be mis-handled. Even in the state the show is in I want it to do well.... if only to support the toy line. Maybe if KOTZ got a daily time slot it could catch a fallowing among kids, but if that doesn't happen soon I think Bandia will just cut thier losses and dump Seiya all together. :(

[Gold Saint Saga]

Last night I found two 5" Ankoku Saints/ Black Knights at Target. They had Black Dragon and Black Pegasus. Both figures are like the Japanese release and have a piece of the Sagittarius Gold Cloth. They also have a character card for the KOZ CCG. I saw no sign of Unicorn Jabu so I don't know if he is out yet or not. At any rate, I'm two down and three more to go.
