Yes this show rocks!! I wish i was a spy. And thank god for the TS creators for producing 26 episodes per season! instead of like 13! :)

It's a decent show. I always thought it woulda been a good Toonami show, and it DID give Toonami good ratings.
It must have done well enough for CN to order more for Miguzi.
I watch the show whenever I remember to turn on the TV while it's on.. It's a good show, I used to watch it a couple of times back when it was on ABC/FOX family.. I think it could be a nice big franchise if marketed right.. maybe it is.. I don't pay much attention to marketing. I just know I enjoy the show.

I watched it religiously when it first came back on CN, but ever since we've gotten stuck in that damn loop (I think we're in the fourth repeated cycle now...), I haven't been paying too much attention. I'll probably start paying attention again come April, though (when CN's supposed to get new episodes.;) )

I hadn't started watching TS until August, and before I could see very many I had to go back to college without CN. During the Christmas break/January, though, I watched a bunch that I had never seen. But now that I'm back at school, I'm not currently watching it.

The episodes now have draged on just like the first season of Billy and Mandy. It seems dull now.

It's OK. I already saw some of it back on ABC Family. One of the few shows featuring a sailor fuku/suit. :D

Hmmm... I know that Knux Five has called TS the "Spiritual Successor of Sailor Moon" (An assessment that I happen to agree with.;) ), but I don't remember any of the girls wearing anything like an actual "fuku". Are you sure you're not talking about the private school uniforms they've worn in one of their trips to the UK?

Uh, the First Daughter wore a sailor suit... and had purple hair.
The President of America's daughter had purple hair.
Now THAT'S a freaky fusion of cultures.
Yeah, Totally Spies is the spiritual successor to Sailor Moon.

Cartoons don't have spirits, Knux.
They are cartoons.

It keeps the feel and heart of the franchise, then.
Much like Miguzi is the spiritual successor of Toonami.

Oh, "First Brat"... That episode. Yeah, I've often wondered why CN's shown it once, and then never again (At least, not in the 5:30 loop... )

Yeah, Totally Spies is the spiritual successor to Sailor Moon. Not quite. SM had some serious and dramatic moments which TS lacks. TS is primarily an action/comedy show but I think some dramatic elements would be a nice addition to the show. Either way, TS is still a fun show to watch.

Don't really watch the show right now. Waiting for new episodes. Would prefer if they aired the one Season 1 episode missing and the rest of Season 2.

We're not trying to say they're exactly the same (Well at least, I'm not...), in fact, they're quite different in a number of aspects. But TS is about as close to Sailor Moon as you're going to get, compared to anything else that's airing on CN right now...;)

It's very popular in other countrys, it was #1 on abc family's (kids) block... Infact im pretty sure Cartoon Network will begin announcing (by april) about the 2 totally spies dvd's. Cartoon Network probably never will air A Spy is Born (1) and (2), they are really good episodes.. well the Part 1 i only have gotten to see. The rest of season 2 episodes we'll see in april are going to be awesome and i cant wait. Also in other countrys, i think in like 2002 they released a line of Totally Spies dolls, im wondering about clothing.. you can search on Ebay and find stuff of totally spies.

That's why I said a sailor fuku. :p
But why is the first brat wearing one? What private elementary school in the US wears sailor suits? (No, that's not an invitation for you perverts to go! :D )
I've tried watching it a few times, and while it's not completely hideous, the girls are so full of themselves I can't watch.

I think that's pretty much just Clover who's too full of herself (And she's supposed to be...;) )

I liked how Madison the president's daughter mentioned, "Like i'm really gonna hang out with a bunch of Bubble-headed 'Valley Girls'!" -Madison
I hope that gets quoted by someone in season 3.

I watched it regularly when it first came on, but I got tired of the reruns. I may watch again if they bring new episodes.

"All new episodes of Totally Spies, weekdays at 5.0. Only Miguzi"
Well, you'll probably see that promo this year. Can't remember WHEN, if it had even been announced, they'd premiere.

Well, you'll probably see that promo this year. Can't remember WHEN, if it had even been announced, they'd premiere.Yeah, but only a measly 13 episodes, they're not bringing in Season 3 until fall, by which time everybody should be sick and tired of the constant reruns.
One wonders sometimes if one of CN's management's goals is to drive off viewers. They yank "Sailor Moon" after a little over a half dozen episodes, even though there were well over 100 episodes of that show yet to come, while stripping only 39 episodes (well, not even that, they skipped "A Star Is Born", and gave "First Brat" little play) of "Totally Spies" over 10 or so time slots weekly over and over and over and over and over.... sorry, such disregard for episode count is simply stupid. They should have aired all 52 episodes when TS first premiered (I still wouldn't have aired it more than four times a week in one time slot), and brought on Season 3 in the spring and prepared to bring on Season 4 in the fall.

Well, thirteen episodes are still "new" episodes, if not to Miguzi and Cartoon Network...
And I thought SD Gundam was bad (26 episodes rerun six times)...

Switching gears just for a sec, anyone happen to catch the new promo for TS (The one that Jess Harnell/Jerry narrates)? They seem to be milking the "Charlie's Angels" angle for all it's worth...;)

That was hilarious. "They used to be obsessed with clothes shopping but I took them away from all that and made them spies. I manage them- my name is Jerry." :D Not to mention the blatant Charlie's Angels logo rip-off. Kinda reminds me of the Space Ghost episode Jacksonville.

Great promo... probably will last until Miguzi.
