That must be pretty scary to one day find your face in the "Missing List" like that...
It sounds a whole lot like that book The Face on a Milk Carton, where a girl found her missing photo one day at school during lunch and... yeah. :sweat: That was a good book though... Hope everything works out for that guy and his family.

Situations where parents abduct their own children are tough... the law's the law, but the morals / ethics can be vague in many cases.

Yeah, people were pretty nuts back in 1990... or are you referring to how horrible it is that people can find such information on the internet, instead of on milk cartons, like in the good ol' days? :p
Really, though... I don't see all that much difference in human behavior between then and now...

I'm referring to everything past and present. Some of the things that people do are dumb and meaningless in the end.

Regarding your original statement... I will agree that people have an amazing talent for outdoing (and undoing) themselves in ways you'd never guess.
I'm just not sure if that's really applicable here, though.
