hey mc,
i was just wonderin if you ever did a music video who would you want to direct it, im personally all for david lynch (mulholland dr, eraserhead, blue velvet) or darren arnofsky (pi, requiem for a dream), cuz i feel that they could work their majik for you and it would be briliant. On the topic of the college tour i go to Ohio University and a bunch of us are fans, but im pretty sure that my one roomate ahs somethign to do with student entertainment so ill have him talk to the people in the know about booking you to come. anyway good lcuk with the new cd, evergreen was genius,

thanks Raoul, glad everyone seemed to approve of evergreen. as for a video. I already approached someone about doing a video for me. As luck would have it, I hang out in the same social circle as the Brother’s Chaps, the Atlanta geniuses behind Homestarrunner.com. I asked them if they’d be interested in doing it, and they seemed like they would be if their calendars ever cleared up. they have a bunch of world domination projects in the works. but then again I haven’t been given any money to make something like what I was thinking. That would be my first choice, though. I’d like to give a shout out to all the AS fans by having it be animated (runner up:don herzfeld sp?) and I think it would stand out on the video landscape like The White Stripes Lego Video or Junior Senor’s. Live action wise, I’d be beyond thrilled to work with Spike Jonze or Wes Anderson. Weird Al would be a cool director to have. I think he did a Jon Spencer Blues Explosion vid, along with some other stuff. Little X is pretty awesome. but I still wanna stick with Homestar. I don’t know what they’d do, but I’m pretty sure it would ****in rock. xomc
well that closes this chapter. I’m still trying to mow thought he mail, and there’s stuff on there from a while’s back so there’s still a chance you might see a response here. keep checking back. thanks for a kick ass opening weekend. sales were through the roof. webjohn kicked all kinda ass on the new site. stay tuned for info on contest winners and a chat. we’re in nyc next weekend, for the last polish of the album before it get sent off to the presses. thanks again to everyone for being great fans. expect some more dl fun this week. xomc
